Fertilization

Our proprietary blends of fertilizers utilize the latest technology and most recent research to produce a thick, lush, healthy lawn. Our lawn programs include both granular and liquid applications to deliver the proper amount of nutrient at the optimal time to deliver noticeable, long-lasting guaranteed results.

Liquid Aeration

Liquid Aeration utilizes the latest scientific research to relieve compaction, reduce thatch, and promote root growth. Our proprietary blend of organic and biological products stimulates micro-organisms, conditions the soil to help facilitate the vertical movement of moisture, and improves soil porosity for a deeper root system. Huh? We are using science to break up clay-type soils and expand the existing soil.

Weed Management

Weeds are not the problem; they are symptoms of poor soil condition and low levels of fertility.TM Simply managing the weeds is not enough if the goal is a nice lawn. We highly recommend a lawn care program and following our recommended cultural practices to achieve your weed management expectations. This service promotes grass growth while combating weeds.

Note: Our weed management service consists of two applications scheduled approximately two weeks apart.

Mosquito Management

Mosquitos can be a buzz kill. Let us service your property to ensure your outdoor functions go off without a hitch. Our service creates a barrier around your property reducing the mosquito population and those nasty bites. Mosquitos begin feeding in the spring, so the sooner we get out there, the better. Multiple applications throughout the season are required for optimum results.

Insect Management

Insects can cause a multitude of issues – from ants being a nuisance, fleas and ticks affecting the health of pets and children, to destroying your lawn. Our insect management service helps reduce the harm these insects can cause and allows your lawn to recover quickly. Most surface-feeding insect problems are a symptom of the type of grass in your lawn. All our lawn care programs include fall over-seeding using an endophyte enhanced perennial ryegrass that surface feeding insects do not like to eat.

Grub Management

A few grubs are acceptable, but too many can cause a devastating effect to your lawn. When the conditions permit, grubs can destroy a lawn in a few short weeks, if left unattended. We utilize new products that contain a naturally occurring bacteria that disrupts the digestive system, making them feel full. This application is performed in mid-summer to early fall when the grubs are small and most active.

Vegetation Management

This application will manage actively growing vegetation and is also a great way to start turf renovation. Ideal for areas such as walkways, gravel paths, cracks in asphalt, concrete, or interlocking stone. This service will eradicate all green vegetation that is treated, and can be applied as soon as vegetation is actively growing until early fall.

Aeration & Over-seeding

After a core aeration we over-seed with endophyte enhanced perennial ryegrass varieties. This is the best grass seed we have found that germinates quickly, helps produce a thick, lush lawn that is insect, drought, and disease resistant. We typically complete this service in the late summer – early fall, as it is the best time to renovate turf grass.

Slit Seeding

This service repairs weak or damaged areas of your lawn by mechanically slicing the soil and dropping seeds in the slices. We make 2 bi-directional passes across the lawn to ensure excellent seed soil contact which is required for proper germination. We then apply a starter fertilizer that will help slowly feed the young grass with the optimum nutrient. The application is meant for properties that are struggling to grow turf or undergoing a renovation.
